Over the past few years, the real estate market has been in a state of active development. If earlier developing only the real estate of Moscow and St. Petersburg, now the interest of the Moscow Region is more and more at the same time. Particularly high rates of development are characteristic of the trading real estate market near Moscow. This area of activity has great prospects, so it pays special attention to it.
As you know, the driving force for the development of the real estate market is the availability of consumer demand. Demand for housing and trading services, in turn, directly depends on the level of welfare of the residents of the region. According to statistics, the level of well -being of the inhabitants of the Moscow Region continues to grow. According to updated data, the average level of wages in the region is twenty percent higher than that on a all -Russian scale. Of great importance is the fact that most residents of the Moscow Region prefer to work in Moscow, and, accordingly, have a capital level of income and similar consumer demands.
A similar state of affairs largely determined the development trends of the real estate market near Moscow. As practice shows, in the conditions of modern reality, the highest rates of development are characteristic of the market and economy of those Moscow Region Cities that are at a minimum distance from the capital. This is understandable, since in the nearest cities the share of the population working in Moscow is much higher. In this regard, the level of welfare of the population in cities such as Khimki, Mytishchi, Balashikha, Lyubertsy, Odintsovo and Krasnogorsk is growing.
A feature of the development of this region is the presence of a large number of retail space, intended, including for residents of the capital.
Given the pace of development of the economy and real estate market, it makes sense to distinguish another class of cities related to the far suburbs. It, in turn, can be divided into two large groups. The first of them include Moscow Region with an intensively developing industry (Stupino, Ramenskoye). Cities with high scientific potential are considered to be the second group – Dubna, Chernogolovka, as well as Troitsk. The construction of institutions and technological parks in these cities helps to increase the level of welfare of the population, which makes it possible to talk about the enormous potential of cities of this group. In addition, the program for the development of the cities of the Far Moscow Region also implies a gradual increase in the population. The development of the market of trade real estate and the creation of certain trading objects will help to achieve this. Thus, it is possible to predict a significant improvement in the quality of life in fairly distant cities of the Moscow Region. The development of the market of trade real estate contributes to the solution of problems such as the insufficient and uneven level of material security of the population, therefore it is one of the priority areas in the development of the region.
